Good Morning Bismarck Tour This tour will give you a city circle tour with stops scheduled at the North Dakota State Capitol, the North Dakota Heritage Center, and the Former Governors Mansion or the North Dakota Governors residence. The tour includes a continental breakfast. Suggested Time: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm Estimated Cost: $15 Historic Missouri River Express Start your journey back to the 1800's with a ride aboard the Ft. Lincoln Trolley along the Missouri River to Ft. Abraham Lincoln State Park. Here you will tour the Custer Home, the Commissary, Visitors Center, On-A-Slant Indian Village, and the Blockhouses. The ride back is very relaxing aboard the Lewis and Clark Riverboat. Suggested Time: 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm Estimated Cost: $30 - $40 North Dakota Art & Antique Tour You can browse through the Bismarck Arts and Galleries Association Visual Art Center, Art Fair, Latitudes Gallery & Gifts, and Gary's Gallery. After a relaxing lunch at Peacock Alley, we will continue the adventure at the 522 Gallery, Antique Mall, Antique & Emporium, and other antique and specialty shops. Special artist programs, demonstrations, or giveaways can be arranged along the way. Suggested Time: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm Estimated Cost: $20 - $25 "Dances With Wolves" Indian Heritage Tour The tour includes various Plains Indian Villages including: On-A-Slant Indian Village, Ward Indian Village, Ft. Mandan and the Knife River Indian Village National Historic Site. A mid-day "traditional feed" will be planned for lunch. The tour will conclude with a stop at the Dakota Territory and Five Nations Art Depot where traditional Indian arts can be purchased and a hands-on art project can be planned. Suggested Time: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm Estimated Cost: $30 - $40 Medora & Theodore Roosevelt National Park Day Trip Take in the scenic North Dakota Badlands as you tour the Theodore Roosevelt National park and historic Medora. The tour includes: The Chateau des Mores, the Doll House, Time Machine, Roosevelt's Cabin and shopping. A pitchfork steak fondue will set the stage for the Medora Musical (June 10 - Sept 1) presented at an outdoor amphitheater. Suggested Time: 9:00 am - 2:00 pm Estimated Cost: $50 - $60 Fishing in Dakota Your chartered fishing excursion will allow you to test your angling skills on Lake Sakakawea, North Dakota's "Big Lake," with more shoreline than the state of California or the championship waters of the Missouri River. Your guide will give you a scenic tour of the lake in search of salmon or walleye. The tour includes a shoreline lunch and a tour of the National Fish Hatchery. Visit a coal mine where a dragline bucket can hold a dozen semi-trucks. Experience the only coal gasification plant in the United States at Dakota Gasification and tour the hydroelectric plant at the Garrison Dam. Your day in the field includes lunch. Suggested Time: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm Estimated Cost: $30 - $35 Mardi Gras on the Missouri - Lunch Enjoy a Cajun Feast aboard the Lewis and Clark Riverboat. As you tour the Missouri River, relax and enjoy jazz and clean, fresh North Dakota air.
